Here is the next in the Five Minute Food series, and this recipe is a real goodie.
This is the easiest chocolate mousse you could ever dream of. It’s also ridiculously delicious, and it’s good for you too!
It’s dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free if that floats your boat. But it is also so incredibly yum. Bring out the trumpets.
Important question: Have you ever tried to tie your shoelaces when you’re wearing gloves?
Well? Have you? I have. And let me tell you. It’s a fiddle. This chocolate mousse is MUCH easier than that.

- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk, cream only (can take 2 cans)
- 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of honey (add more if you like it sweeter, and less if you like it a little more bitter
