We made delectable little bites to celebrate the launch of the new Tory Burch book.
I haven’t been very diligent at keeping you up to date with jobs that I have been doing. I thought I would share with you the canapés we served a couple of weeks ago at Tory Burch for the launch of her new book.
It was a lovely event full of colour to celebrate the theme of her book: In Colour. The canapés were bright and colourful and garnished with flowers and some holly to help people begin to feel Christmassey. We served pomegranate cocktails and delicious mince pies to get everyone in the festive spirit and lots of colourful and delicious canapés.
Beef carpaccio on truffle crouton with horseradish and watercress
Aubergine and tomato with homous, pomegranate and coriander
Mini pea and mint tarts with feta and lemon
Healthy chocolate dipped strawberries
And teeny little mince pies (the first of the season for most people at the party)
All washed down with Elderflower and lime. Pomegranate, ginger and vodka cocktails and lots of champagne
