It’s been a while since I shared with you some of the cooking I get up to in between blogging.
I’ve been a very busy bee recently, and I thought it might be nice to share with you some of the lovely jobs I have done.
Here is a delicious and nutritious lunch I did last week for a really lovely client of mine.
They had a few canapés to start with, everyone loves a little nibble. Is there a better way to start a lunch?
The menu was delicious:
Vegetable rice paper rolls with peanut satay sauce
Seared tuna with coriander pesto
Roasted side of salmon with lemon and parsley, topped with crispy salmon skin
Courgette spaghetti with basil pesto and cherry tomatoes
Quinoa salad with pomegranate, peas and spring onion
Cucumber and watercress salad with avocado dressing
Guilt-free chocolate layer cake
