Since training at the world–renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, I have worked in a number of top London restaurants, cooked professionally at Windsor Castle, and taught Zulu women the art of cookery in South Africa.
It was with all this diverse experience under my belt, that, in 2011, I set up my own catering company. My clients have included: Temperley London, Tory Burch, De Beers, Goodley Bullen PR, Emilia Wickstead and Calgary Avansino. You can see some of this work below.
