I get a lot of emails asking me questions, so I thought I’d pull together a little FAQ with the ones I get most often. If there’s something here I haven’t answered, feel free to pop me an email!

WHERE DID YOU LEARN TO COOK?
I’ve always loved cooking, but when I decided to take it up professionally, I went to Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland to get back to basics.
After that, I then worked in a number of top London restaurants to really make sure I knew my stuff before setting up my own catering company.
My professional training means that I’m able use all that knowledge and passion to create recipes that are simple to follow, packed full of flavour, and which you can easily make at home!
HOW DO YOU COOK SO MUCH FOOD AND STAY SLIM?
Good question! It wasn’t always that way – I am 22lbs lighter than I was only a year ago. It’s all a question of balance. The way I did it was easy and allowed me to eat all the food you see here.

HOW CAN I WORK FOR YOU?
Whilst we do often need fantastic chefs, waiting staff, and creative foodies to help with events, I currently don’t have any vacancies.
That being said, if you think you’ve got something amazing that you would bring to the team, please pop over your C.V. and we’ll keep it on file for the future.
DO YOU OFFER WORK EXPERIENCE?
We can currently only offer long-term internships.
Due to the nature of my work it’s difficult for me to offer one or two week’s work experience.
No day is the same, so to ensure interns get the most out of their time with us, we only internships for the minimum of one month. If you are interested, do get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
