Welcome to my website, thank you so much for dropping in! I’m a professional chef, food writer, author and entrepreneur.
I have a passion for all things edible and aim to help people get confident cooking in the kitchen.
My recipes are all quick and easy to make, are packed full of flavour, and taste great! No matter your level of expertise in the kitchen, this website is for you!
There are no restrictions with the food I eat. My philosophy is that it’s all about moderation – a way of eating that has helped me lose 22lbs…and keep it off. Believe me, it’s easier than you think.
I’ve been cooking professionally for the last 6 years. Cooking and food was all I thought about while I was completing a Masters in Law after having finished studying at Oxford University. Once I realised that food was my passion, I wanted to transform into a career. So I made a culinary about-turn, and headed off to Ireland’s world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School.
I now run a busy catering company, work as a freelance food, lifestyle and travel writer, and am the founder of dairy-free ice cream brand, Nana Nice Cream. Oh and I have a sausage dog, called Digby. He’s the bees knees!
