Welcome to my website, thank you so much for dropping in! I’m a professional chef, food writer, author and entrepreneur.
I have a passion for all things edible and aim to help people get confident cooking in the kitchen.
My recipes are all quick and easy to make, are packed full of flavour, and taste great! No matter your level of expertise in the kitchen, this website is for you! We’re all busy, and don’t always have the time to spend hours in the kitchen and I totally get that – I’m busy too! That’s why my recipes are designed to give you maximum results with the least amount of effort.
My aim is to get women to fall in love with cooking and to love the skin they’re in. That’s why I don’t believe in telling people what they should or shouldn’t eat. It’s all about finding what works best for you!
I’ve been cooking professionally for the last 7 years. Whilst completing a Masters in Law after having finished studying at Oxford University, all I was dreaming about was cooking. Once I realised that food was my passion, I wanted to transform into a career and makes my dreams come true. So I made a culinary about-turn, and headed off to Ireland’s world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School.
I now run a busy catering company and work with women all over to world to feel good about themselves. I’ve written a book, available for pre-order now, all about Nana Nice Cream which has to be the easiest, funnest, and most delicious thing to make! Oh and I have a sausage dog, called Digby. He’s the bees knees!
